To what time period do these biblical texts date to? I noticed modern numbers on some of the pages, are these later additions to organize the pages?

The manuscript dates from the eleventh century. Traditionally, the scribe or binder would number each quire, so that the quires would be in the correct order when the manuscript was bound. Numbers were added to each folio in the nineteenth century when the first catalogues were created.
