What is translation/meaning of the inscribed/engraving on
banner area, below the angel?
This would be a dedicatory inscription, usually including the name of the donor. It is so small, I would have to take the lamp down to read it. But we are always grateful when we find such inscriptions, which allow us to know the name and, often, the year of the donation.
