Minaret and Bell Tower

The minaret and bell tower in the last rays of the setting sun.

From nearby, looking up. A turtle dove is perched on top of the cross.

From farther away, with a swallow flying overhead.

Yea, the sparrow hath found an house, and the swallow a nest for herself, where she may lay her young, even thine altars, O Lord of hosts, my King, and my God. (Psalm 84:3)

Eulogite Father Justin, my name is Constantine. You have exchanged emails with my dad John over the past few months or so. Looking at the bell tower makes me miss the monastery very much. When I walked outside of the room every morning for liturgy I was right in front of the bell tower and the church. I believe it was room 6 or 9 on the third floor.. I hope and pray that you and the rest of the monks are doing well.
