Learning to make prosphora with natural yeast (‘sourdough’) starter has been a challenge. After initial failures, we seem to have found a method that works, but always there is room for improvement.

    This is a beautiful work of art. Excellent photography as well. Is it possible to request an order for some amount of these baked goods? Are there any other “products” of the monastery works that are items for order?
