Chapel of Saint Panteleimon

Some distance beyond the Chapel of Saint Anne lies the Chapel of Saint Panteleimon. It is on the south side of Mount Horeb, and from there you can see the peak of Mount Saint Catherine. The chapel is in a walled compound that includes a cell nearby, and a well.

Father Michael usually celebrates the Divine Liturgy on the feast of Saint Panteleimon, commending to God the memory of his father, who was named Panteleimon.

And account us worthy to find grace in Thy sight, that our sacrifice be acceptable unto Thee, and that the good Spirit of Thy grace tabernacle upon us, and upon these gifts set forth, and upon all Thy people. (From the Liturgy of Saint John Chrysostom)
